Admission Procedure:
Referral packet from programmatically responsible public school district that includes student's current IEP, most recent educational and psychological evaluations, immunizations.

Programs and Services:
The Center School provides an intensive educational environment for elementary, middle, and high school aged children. OT, PT, S/L and recreational therapies are offered with psychoeducational groups and case management.

Location and Facilities:
The Center School is located on a 2.5 acre campus, 10 miles north of Springfield, in Holyoke, MA. The school is easily accessed
from Routes 91, 90, 5 and 391.

History and Philosophy:
The Center School was founded in 1994 to afford
children with complex educational presentations a
community-based education. Working with families and
human service providers, the Center School strives to
educate students using the open systems theory, a
multi-systemic approach to education.
