Programs and Services

SSDC provides school programming 12 months a year. Students have access to community based social activities such as: snowboarding, outdoor adventure, swimming, biking, museum tours.

  • In-district consultation
  • Placement for initial or extended evaluation, and assistance in determining SPED eligibility or ineligibility.
  • Assistance with 504 and IEP planning
  • Age ranges: 3 to 22
  • All ranges of disabilities and diagnoses
  • Behavior Planning
  • 8 hours psychiatric consult per month
  • Clinical psychologist on staff
  • Full time Master's level, licensed therapy consult
  • Groups: psychoeducational, social pragmatics, character education
  • Transition planning and behavioral support for students returning to district
  • Case management
  • Family supports
  • On site registered nurse
  • Speech Language Pathologist and assistant
  • Occupational and Physical Therapists
  • DMH, DMR, DSS support
